Research Use: The APIs are exclusively for research purposes. Commercial or non-research use requires written consent as part of an Enterprise Agreement from Spice AI.
Usage Policies: Users must comply with Spice AI's usage policies and guidelines, including content generation, data usage, and sharing restrictions.
Limitations Acknowledgment: Users recognize that the AI model and APIs may have biases and inaccuracies. Spice AI is not liable for consequences resulting from the APIs' use.
Prohibited Uses: Users must not use the APIs for unlawful, harmful, malicious, or inappropriate purposes, including discrimination, harassment, or illegal activities.
